There are so many food items that unnecessarily go to waste. One of these being coffee chaff! Our first range of sauces and oils use coffee chaff's unique malty caramel flavour to create something unique.

Coffee chaff is normally produced during the coffee roasting process and is often thrown away! It is a massive waste as chaff is very nutritious and has a great flavour. We plan to do our bit for the environment by helping reduce food wastage!
